On October the 4th the owner of Sharp Shop delivered my tractor, lawn mower, to my house by backing it up to the garage facing the road for any potential thief to see , with the keys in the ignition and the invoice stuffed half in and out of the hood, soaking wet from t...he rain, My wife noticed that the tractor was there on Sunday the following day. They did not call to ask if I was going to be home so they could deliver it and they did not ring the door bell. Monday the 6th I went to pay my bill and spoke to Brent to tell him I was angry that nobody notified us that it was parked in front of my house and the key was in it , He replied So What ! you got your tractor what's the problem? I told him it was a very unprofessional way of delivering. He said we have been delivering this way for 15 years and I was the first one to complain and if I wanted to speak to the owner? I said yes and the owner came out of the back room and said I'm the owner "What's the problem?" I explained the same thing to him saying that it was no way to run a business and I asked him if he was going to apologize and he said NO for what? pay your bill and leave! My grandson and I went in to purchase a Stihl chainsaw as I had purchased a snowblower and a leaf blower from the owner before. Last summer I dropped off and old Homelite saw, but they called me to say it was too old and they couldn't get parts. I told them to just sc...rap it then. Today when I asked them if they eould give me any discount consideration, this big guy behind the counter says "why should I give you a discount?" I asked, "why not?" He comes back with, "I asked you first." I was even more flabbergasted when he asked, "why do you think you DESERVE one?" I tried to explain that I had made a couple of fairly expenses from them and he said "thank you for that" and pretty much showed us the door. We then drove out to Steensma's and purchased the same saw from a very professional salesman who politely offered us a small discount and an essentially free warranty extension. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to be insulted by your treatment at the Sharp Shop, go out to Steensma's and enjoy first class people. Read More

My husband and I received terrible treatment by the counter guy at the Sharp Shop because I questioned an additional charge on an order that was paid for in advance. Keep in mind that 4 years we purchased a $4000 mower from them and have had major problems with it. My... husband was told that he had to contact the manufacturer himself if he had any complants. He told me that I had to leave the store and to never come back. So much for customer service. He also said that he would give us our money back for the part "but what are you going to do with your $4000 mower, I'm the only Ariens dealer around." This man seems to have anger issues and he frankly frightened me. We are just older folks who have to watch our money and feel we have a right to question additional charges. This is a great place to go to have your outside power tools repaired, fixed, or looked it. If youre into customer service go someplace else. Their service is pretty much awful but they do good work.

We have been going to the Sharp Shop for years, and it is a great place for expert advice, great service and high quality products. I highly recommend it.
