OVER PRICE & VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This place is a total rip off. If you can find a better shipping alternative do so, and don't bother go ship your package with this UPS Store. You'll get a better deal to just call UPS and have them come pick the package up at your house than to ship with this store. Th...eir Service Options Fee is way over price and terrible customer service when you ask them about their high fees. They will brush you off and tell you "it is what it is" and will just ignore you. Very rude and lack business mannerism if you were to question their service and fees. I also called the 1-888 # and I was told that this particular store fees is high, and the person told me to shop around other UPS Store for lower fees. Totally disappointed and regret ever use their business.
