1. How can I get records for a policy that is over 18 years old from an insurance company ?
   

   I had a disability policy with acordia and had become disabled . I went on long term disability and was told to stop paying premiums since I had been determined to be totally disabled .
   I filled out minthly Doctor updates and am still totally disabled . The long term disability thru the company has been terminated but haven't been able to get in contact with anyone about the disability policy I paid for until becoming totally disabled . If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
