1. HOW DO I RELEASE THE TENSION AND REWIND THE CABLE ON A LARIN 4 TON CABLE PULLER MODEL CP-4?
   

   I PURCHASED IT IN 2000 AND IT HAS WORKED FINE UNTIL NOW. MY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS & PARTS LIST CAN'T BE READ ANY MORE. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A COPY?
