  1. Make sure you register your KitchenAid dishwasher with KitchenAid when you purchase it. You can navigate to the Kitchen Aid website to register your product.

  2. Make sure your dishwasher is under warranty before you schedule a service call, as it could be very expensive if it is not under warranty.

  3. Navigate to kitchenaid.com to set up a service call for your dishwasher. Click the “Schedule a Service Call Now” link in the Need Help section on the website.  Fill out the appropriate fields to schedule someone to come to your home to repair your dishwasher.

  4. Contact KitchenAid if you have questions. Find their contact information on their website on the right side. You can call them, write them a letter, or send them an email.

  5. Write down your order number if they give you one. If you want to check an order, you can enter the order number into the appropriate field on their website to check the status, if they have to order a part for you, etc.

  6. Write down the model number for your dishwasher before you call, as they will ask you for this. The model number should be on the front of the dishwasher towards the bottom, or it could be on the back. It is also on the user’s manual.
