How to Know if a Private Eye is Watching
A private eye helps businesses and individuals to find information on any type of situation whether it's criminal matters, divorce or other personal matters. Although one main thing for a private eye to do is to keep a low profile while doing an investigation, there are a few ways to know if you are being watched.
- Check for unfamiliar cars that may be parked near your home or business that seems to appear in areas that you frequently visit. Usually the vehicles are either a two or four door sedan or an unmarked van and some may have tinted windows.
- Ask friends or family if they have been receiving any unusual phone calls asking about you. A private eye may try to do interviews with those that are familiar with you in order to get information.
- Watch for any cars that are following you while you are driving. You may notice a car that leaves at the same time as you and follows you to the next destination. If you want to be sure, make a U-turn at a place that not many cars frequent and see if the car does the same thing.
- See if anyone may be following you on foot and walk into a store or other public place to see if they follow you in. A private eye usual keeps a certain distance from the person they are following so that they may not be suspicious. There are some that may walk on the other side of the street while following the person.
