- Purchase a plastic spray bottle and 1 package of sea salt. You can find sea salt in most grocery stores on the aisle with the spices.
- Pour in 2 cups of distilled water or filtered tap water into the spray bottle.
- Add the 5 tablespoons of sea salt to the water and shake well until the salt is completely dissolved.
The hairspray can be sprayed on either wet or dry hair, but it works better if the hair is wet. Once the spray is put on the hair, use your hands to scrunch the hair to create the waves. Allow your hair to air dry instead of using a dryer. This will prevent it from becoming frizzy.
