How to Print Flyers

Flyers can be a great way to advertise an event or business to numerous people all at once, and are usually rather inexpensive to print yourself from home. All you need is a color printer, computer and photo editing software to print your own flyers from home in no time.

1. Create the flyer that you want to print using Microsoft Word or a photo editing software. You should make sure that the font is large enough to read from a distance. You should also use bright colors and images to draw people in and make them want to read your flyer.


2. Once you have completed making your flyer, you should save the document under a name that you will easily remember.


3. Open the saved file and click on "File," and then "Print" in the top left-hand side of the screen. 


4. Click on "Options" or "Preferences" depending on what version of windows you are running as your operating system on your computer.


5. Here you need to choose whether you want to print the flyer in black and white or color, choose from normal or best quality, as well as decide which type of paper you will be printing your flyers on.


6. Select the desired quantity of flyers that you need to print out, and then click "Show Preview." This will allow you to see the current layout of your flyer to ensure that no changes need to be made before you begin printing the flyers.


7. Click on "Print" if everything looks the way that you want it to look. Your flyers will print one by one until the selected quantities of flyers has been printed.
