How to Print Personalized Napkins

Personalized napkins can add a personal touch to your table setting for any occasion. Printing personalized napkins will allow you to change up your place settings in your home to accommodate your needs. Print personalized napkins by getting rubber stamps with assorted designs.

  • Visit a craft store to purchase a wooden or rubber stamp to print on your napkins. The rubber stamps will have different designs on them. Choose the wooden stamps that you want to create your napkins.

  • Purchase the color of dye-ink of your choice. Choose dye-ink since it dries faster and will not bleed on your napkins.

  • Find an inkpad that allows you to pour your dye-ink onto it in order to create the designs for your napkins. Inkpads come in many sizes. Choose the size appropriate for your project.

  • Purchase some blank napkins to decorate with. Sturdy paper napkins will not tear when you stamp them gently.

  • Pour some dye-ink onto your inkpad. Pick the rubber or wooden stamp of your choice. Press it onto the inkpad about three times to make sure that you have enough ink on the stamp.

  • Gently press the stamp in the center or edge of the napkin. Apply enough pressure to allow the design to print on your napkin.

  • Lift the stamp off of the napkin quickly to prevent it from smudging. Repeat the process for as many napkins as you need. Press the wooden stamp onto the inkpad each time in order to get a clear print on the napkin.
