Put enough toothpaste on your toothbrush to cover the top of the bristles.
Begin brushing the back teeth first.
Brush the tops of all the teeth.
Brush the backside of the teeth.
Using a circular motion, brush the front side of the teeth.
Take your time, making sure you have cleaned each tooth.
The toothbrush should clean the tooth as well as the gums above or below the teeth. Do not scrub too hard. You don’t want your gums to bleed. If consistent bleeding occurs, you may need to consult a dentist.
Spit any excess toothpaste as you brush your teeth.
Rinse your toothbrush with water and scrub over your teeth one more time, making sure to remove any excess toothpaste.
Brushing your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day will improve the health of your teeth and gums.
