How to Use Plato for Online High School Courses
PLATO is a programmed logic for automated teaching operations. Many high schools use PLATO incorporated with their curriculum to enhance the assignment options for students. Some high schools throughout the United States have switched to laptops instead of textbooks. These schools can easily incorporate PLATO into the curriculum, as each student has access to a computer to complete the assignments.
PLATO offers online assignments in math, language arts, science, social studies, foreign languages and recently added AP courses. Educators can set up PLATO assignments for their students to complete for credit. Education has changed in the recent years that educators implement new techniques to reach the every student. Students learn at different speeds so the PLATO allows them to complete the assignments at the own level.
