Supplies
- Propane grill
- Propane tank
- Grilling accessories
- Assemble all the parts of the grill. Place it in a level spot free of flammable liquids.
- Connect the propane tank to the appropriate connections. Check to make sure all the gas fittings are tight and examine the line to be sure it's clear of clogs. Open the cover to see if the cooking surface is clean and ready for use.
- Verify that all the burners are in the "off" position prior to lighting. Carefully open the valve on the propane and let the gas flow. Turn on the burners you are using and light the grill.
- Lay your food on the grate and close the lid to allow the temperature to rise. Cook the food completely before removing it.
- Make sure all the burners used are turned to the "off" position when you have finished.
- Turn off the propane tank to prevent any leaking gas. Disconnect the propane line and cover the ends of the gas connections if you don't plan on using the unit again for a period of time.
- Clean the cooking racks with a wire brush when the grill has cooled.
- Cover the grill itself with a waterproof cover to prevent rust and corrosion.
