Process to Make a Portable Car Wash Machine

A portable car wash machine can provide customers with a convenient way to wash their cars. Portable car wash businesses can obtain clients merely by walking into an office building and offering their services. Follow these steps to make a portable car wash machine.

Making a Portable Car Wash Machine

1. Purchase a trailer to house all your car wash equipment.

2. Purchase a 225-gallon water tank. Mount the water tank to your pickup trailer making sure it is secure.

3. Purchase a 35-gallon soap tank and mount it to the water tank with the enclosed straps.

4. You will also need to purchase a 4000 PSI gas-driven pressure washer with a minimum of 13 horsepower. Be sure to purchase a positive-feed pressure washer which supplies its own pressure.

5. Connect both the hoses to the pressure washer.

6. Connect the pressure nozzle.

7. Purchase a Wet/Dry shop vacuum for cleaning the interior of the vesicles. Be sure to have tie-downs for your shop vacuum so it does not move around your trailer.

8. Brushes, rags, towels, tire cleaner, glass cleaners, upholstery cleaner, spray scents and other supplies will also be needed for your mobile car wash. Purchase a storage bin for these items and mount to your trailer.
