Top Reviewed Laundry Equipment

A well performing washer and dryer is a necessity for most home owners as it allows you to do your laundry in the convenience of your home without having to go to a laundromat. Laundry machines are a heavy duty appliance and a major investment that should last for many years, so be sure to choose one that is well rated and reviewed.

LG, Whirlpool and GE are all major laundry machine brands that are reputable and well recognized. Other brands like Danby and Haier may not be as well known, but they also produce top-notch washers.

There are essentially two different types of laundry washers available for commercial sale: front loading washers and top loading washers. There are benefits and disadvantages to both types. Typically, front loading washers are more gentle on clothes because there is no central agitator. However, top loading washers offer the benefit of being able to add clothes to the load mid-cycle. Top loading washers are also a bit more affordable than front loading ones.

  • Haier HLP23E. Capable of slightly less volume capacity than the Danby DTT420, this washer can handle a load of up to 8.8 pounds. It does offer a number of warning indicators for time remaining and end of cycle.
