park going down hill
the managers of park are never on sight don,t take care of any issues tell you to move out of park if you confront them
Not even close to 5 stars
If you would get what you paid for it still would not rate 5 stars. They boast about all the perks you get if you live here. I have not seen anything close to what my lease says I am entitled to as a resident. 24 hr security? where? Fitness room? Is that a joke? Heated ...pools ? One heated if your lucky and forget it being clean. Oh and the park ..what park? No pet stations. no watered lawn but lots of weeds. And forget your kids being able to enjoy it. They will come home with burrs and stickers all in their clothing. And the perks are! You rent goes up every year and you get less and less in return.
