Desire was very nice. After first quote called office and found a better deal. Price 45.00 less than original quote installation was finished when promised. Thanks.
Changed price after they put window in!!!!!
quoted a price on the phone,......after the shield was installed, ...price went up $100.00 more....the guy could only say you want for us to take it off and just charge for labor....guys who installed the windshield did not take all the glass from door out so now every ...time I close the door all you hear is glass in the door...Don't trust these guys....If you do go, get every thing in writing..They will cheat you..Especially Lannce!!!!!!!!...
APPOINTMENT-DUH, TOO BAD.
Don't think an appointment means anything. I was told I could have a 2 pm apointment. Desiree also told me the job would take 1 hour to an hour and a half. Great. Got there 15 til 2. 5 people already in the waiting room with four chairs and standing room for maybe ...2 more people. I left the car.and went walking to the Northgate Mall. The place looked like a ghost town. I killed as much time as I could-30 minutes. Counting the walk I got back at 3:20. They just were pulling my car into the work bay. The waiting room crowd was down to 4, still too close for my comfort. Walked over to the tattoo shop, the hardware store and came back. 4:15 still not done. It looked like the same 4 people. Walked over to Odd Lots. Got back at 4:45. 7 adults and 3 kids (who were climbing all over everything). They just pulled my car out. I waited and finally was able to pay for my car repair and leave-4:55. An hour and a half late. Off into rush hour traffic I went without even a thank you.
Glass Masters are the Best!!!
I have been to Glass Masters for all of my window repairs. I even called them at 8:30am, got an appointment for 11am and my window was fixed by noon! When I needed my Windshield fixed, they came to my job and had my Windshield fixed on my 15 minute break. Now thats EXCELLANT service that can't be beat!
Thanks Glass Masters!

Glass Masters Rock!
I have used Glass Masters to repair the windshield on both of my vehicles. Both Hondas and they have replaced the complete front windshield for $169 (2001 Accord) and $179 (2004 Accord). They are great, professional and fast. My glass was replaced the next day after I called them. For the best results contact them.
