The people at Blue Frog are the best! They are fast, friendly, honest and to the point! For those of us who are "technically challenged" they patiently explain things in terms you can understand! I can't recommend them highly enough! They are great! Unlike the large businesses they dealt with me on a very personal level, one on one; even on the phone, which made me feel much better and more confident in their ability to fix my computer.
