Bait and switch or honest mistake?
Last week while on vacation in NY I bought a pair of QC2 noise cancelling headphones at the Waterloo store. Except, the pair they put in the bag were simple around-ear headphones, not the QC2 pair. Honest mistake or bait and switch? If the Bose site had live or email su...pport via their website, I'd be less suspicious. As it is, I'm out significant money without the set I want, and 10 hours away from the store. So, Waterloo Bose store, reply? I have receipt. Can I send for exchange? I know of Bose's generally good reputation so will hope for fast reply.
