What Happen to the old saying, "The Customer Is Always Right!"
I just had a most unpleasant service at this location. I know that there are some cases that just can't be helped, but to get "Attitude" for Customer Service from the workers is just Poor. Around 7:35 or 7:45 this evening I was at the drive-thru and placed my order, I ...can be wrong, but I remember asking for Fries with my order, however upon checking my bag at the 2nd window, I didn't have Fries and ask the server if I could still get the order and that I would pay, since the order wasn't taken correctly. I sat at the side entrance of the store for about ten minutes or more before someone came out to deliver another order to another customer waiting, when I ask if I was going to get my order, she gives me an Attitude, and say if you go around and go back through the drive thru, with an Attitude. I ask to speak with the manager on duty, and she replies, Who, Tam she's inside you can come in to talk to her. I know that this may sound senseless for an order of fries, its the principle of
