Went to pick up the tool I had repaired, found it for sale at the store. It had been there a long time but I payed the deposit when I dropped it off and had been contacted by phone when it was ready and told them I would come get it the next time I was in the area. Wh...en I asked what right they had to sell my property and why they did not call me to tell me they intended to, I got cursed out by a nasty young woman who has no business working in customer service. This business shows no respect for customers and a majority of their reviews confirm it, I predict they will not survive in this tough economy.
