Met the owner Dan, all he does is bad mouth other brands I had to ask so many questions because they never gave you information, here is the stove look at it. It is my first time buying and they were not considerate of that. They were nice people but gave no informati...on. You had to wait two months for installation appointment. Could not give you any idea of the cost of installation. Had to ask for warantee info and they just told me it was same as the one next to it. Okay so what is the warantee on that stove. I called today, 10/25, to inquire about a fireplace insert. I was asked why did I wait until October 25th to try to get one. What? I HAVE THE MONEY NOW AND WANT ONE, THAT'S WHY. I was told to come to the store, get a fireplace measuring sheet, measure the firep...lace, then bring the paper back to the store, and then, someone would talk with me about an insert. Two trips to Cincinnati before I can proceed? I live over 30 miles from the place, work at home and asked if they could have a salesman come to my house, measure the fireplace and make a recommendation on what product to buy. They would not do this without a "service charge". When I told them that Barker's in Richmond did that for free, the owner Ada, told me to go with Barkers then.
