Zero stars isn't little enough!!!

The main woman working at Coquette's is as unfriendly as they come! She acts as though you are completely ruining her day by entering the store. My dress arrived and was the absolute worst fit due to their lack of good judgement or care. Their "alterations specialist" d...id the worst job imaginable! A child could have done a better job! I was just there to get measured for a dress for my sister's wedding and just because I wasn't ordering the dress from there (because my sister is getting married in CO) she was totally cold and rude. I am currently pregnant and wanted some advice on how to order the si...ze with that in mind. She told me she wasn't going to do any of that, I would have to work that out with the other place, she would only be willing to measure me.The worst part is...I am a past customer. I did my whole wedding party through her. So I called after 5 and weddings and they said to come in and they would totally help me, to bring in a size chart for the dress and a pic, and they don't even carry the dress!
