bad reviews
The caliber of the store did not fit the customer service. We stood around for five minutes, without being helped. When a sales associate finally came over to help, she decided to take a call while I was describing the type of setting that I was looking for, and she rud...ely reply that they do not have anything like that in the store. I assume the store must be doing very well, because it was apparent that she was not interested in making a sale even thought there was not a single soul in the store. I can see from the other reviews that Im not the only one that has encountered that problem. MARIA was the sale associate who was rude and not helpful at all. An experience that it was suppose to be a very special for us as couple turned into a complete disappointment
Thanks!
