Unfair Staff
I purchased some very nice frames here for my husband, or at least so i thought. My husband and i noticed they were coming apart in the areas that they had been welded. After spending close to $500.00 of course i took them in. The woman that helped me was very disresp...ectful. She told me i would have to deal with the manufacturer but refused to disclose the manufacturers info. She was very defensive and agressive. She was so immature about the situation that she even commented on my personal appearance. I left the store and never went back. The doctor was great but he needs to reconsider his staff.
