Unrespectful Untrusty customer service
I came for my appointment today and found doors locked. They did not even call to cancel. My previous appointment has been moved last minute without any good explanation. I believe dr. Katz has no clients and don't show up at the office. Her answering service team has n...o manners at all, no communication skills. They won't even apologize for not being able to see you as scheduled or give you a cancelation call. There are plenty of dentists offices in Sarasota. Stay away from this one! It is closed all the time anyway.

Excellent dentist!
Excellent doctor, very attentive and knowledgeable. Very happy with the root canal and a new crown that she did for me. She treated me in her Sarasota office. Reasonable pricing.
HORRIBLE DENTIST
I went to go see Dr. Katz for a consultation. She ended up billing my insurance for the consulation and for other services that were not ever rendered. shes a fraud! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
