Wow.
They use to be the store to go to get your movies! Sadly they've started to have crazy prices, a dirty store, and no customer service.
Thought I was the only one.
I couldn’t be more disgusted with this establishment and curious to know how such a business is still operational. I returned a movie from a different store to DVD ZONE by accident and the staff had the nerve to pocket the DVD. I came in the next day realizing the m...istake and they informed me no such title was returned. The icing on the cake is the gentleman behind the counter said I shouldn’t be renting at other stores anyways. WHO DOES THAT?!?! I asked for the owner and was delighted to find out it was him and asked him to delete my account information because I couldn’t trust such incompetence.

By the way, Bruce is the owner. He has a really bad attitude and doesn't understand basic business principles. Such as the "customer is always right" ESPECIALLY when the customer is right. He really should get a clue. I hate when people like him come to this country and... TAKE COMPLETE ADVANTAGE of people, thinking that it's his right as a business man OR that it's the "American way." I hope that he gets put out of business. He DESERVES it. The F*cking a*shole!

Charged my card twice! Argued with the owner after showing him my card statement but he refused to refund my money. Contacted the BBB and they are investigating.
