I have purchased new tires at the Expert Tire in Milford, Delaware and was not pleased at all with my experience. After the tires were installed the car now shakes at higher speeds. I brought the vehicle back and was told the weights were off in the tires. They infor...med me they had fixed the problem. It was not fixed and when I called again, the service advisor informed me it was because I didn't have an alignment. I brought the vehicle back for an alignment and oil change and when I picked up the vehicle, It was not fixed, although I was charged over $110.00 dollars. I brought the vehicle back for a fourth time, same problem, the service advisor told me there were numerous other repairs necessary to fix shaking. Each time I have brought the vehicle to the shop, they have picked it apart and list all the things that they are trying to upsell, but, have not fixed the problem. I was talked down to because I was a woman, who, apparently, didn't know what I was talking about. Awful. Read More
