First, didn't return phone call. Oversight? Okay. Then when I spoke with someone more than willing to take my information and schedule to come out for an estimate, they were "booked" all of a sudden when it became clear there was a pre-purchased discount involved! N...o "sorry there will be a delay" or "we're contracting out because we messed up, is that okay?" or any other attempt to get the job done--just "we're booked" when a minute prior that wasn't the case.
