Five Rivers Pet Emergency

4 years ago I adopted one of my dogs from the Morristown shelter. He was so emaciated that you could clearly see the bloated belly of worms and fleas crawling on his face. Since he was so skinny already plus the meds we took him to Five Rivers. The vet said she'd never seen a pup look that bad and not be there to be put down. We found out he had Parvo and even with his poor chances we and the vet agreed he needed a chance. That wonderful staff got him through the night and my vet (Dr. Vicki Mellon) was able to save him. If not for Five Rivers and their quick action Id have lost him. 4 years later he's spoiled rotten. My other pups have been there through the years and this place is phenomenal. They are so kind and obviously true animal lovers. Read More
