Termite's are Active Year-Round

As I sit in my warm office this afternoon, I realized that it's getting close to Termite Season (Swarmers). Actually in Georgia there really isn't a Termite Season. Termites are active year-round . The homeowners think their Dormant in the winter, but they are  working within the colony to develop what we hear as Swarms. Termites are more active in the warmer months but they're still active all year. I was doing an Inspection today and found termites tunneling up the outside of the home with live termites in the tunnels . So homeowners beware Termites in Georgia are active all year long. Take advantage of having a professional inspect your home today before its to late ! Like the saying says, "There are 2 homes in Georgia 1 that has termites and 1 thats going to get them!" Which one are you ?
