Great Products and Great Service
I went into Genesis last year to buy an engagement ring for my now wife and the team was super friendly, helpful and accommodating - allowing me to find a beautiful ring within my budget.
Horrible business ethics and product
Naturally I bought a diamond for an engagement ring from these people. I thought it was a good deal until I had a few questions about it after they already had my money. I had it independently appraised and it was graded much lower than what it was sold to me as. I took... the papers and ring into Genesis to ask them what happened. They treated me like I was scum and said if I wanted an appraisal I should have come the place I bought it (them) to get it. Of course they will appraise it exactly as they sold it. I am not that stupid. Now I want my money back. They wont honor their warranty, price match, 10% refund plus original price if I find one cheaper elsewhere. Well I did according to the correct grading. They basically threw me out of the store. I did get angry but who wouldn't be? I will never shop there again. Go to Shane and save your headache for something else.
