Best Workout EVER
I LOVE this place. When I first started I was a bit hesitant because the previous summer I had sprained both ankles and wasn't sure if I would be able to do it. However the staff and instructors were so accommodating to my injuries and would give me suggestions on alter...native ways so that I was not aggravating my ankles. Everyone has been so welcoming and motivating!! Even when I had to take a few months off due to extenuating circumstances they would call me just to make sure I was doing okay. I really feel like I'm part of a family and ILKB is definitely my home away from home!!!

I never thought I would like this type of workout...turns out I LOVE it! I never met an instructor I didn't like. They actually cheer when you walk in the door! Thanks for kicking my butt!
I love it
Such a fun experience!! The instructors make you sweat while keeping it fun and exciting!! They really take the time to make sure you're doing everything correctly to get the most out of each movement! I just LOVE it!

AMAZING!
This place is truly the best! Not only is it a fantastic work out the staff is super positive and encouraging. Since I started I can already feel the difference in my strength and I in general feel better. After the first class I took I was hooked :)
Best Workout Ever
This is truly the best way to workout! Every time I'm here, I'm so happy to be surrounded by the encouraging staff and fellow kickboxers. They help motivate you to do your best and make your time worth it. Since I've joined, I've lost 10 pounds and gained a whole lot of muscle and strength.
