I started employing Clyde soon after he started the business, In the Moment Computing. What an apropos name. He has always been right there for me. No job is too small for him. He has helped me on large jobs too, mostly over the phone. Clyde walked my husband and I... through installing an updated system, helped me figure out how to print a small part of a page, get into things I didn't know existed, etc. He is very reliable and has such a calm nature and voice, perfect for my excitable nature. He never makes me feel I should have known what the problem is. It is actually fun to watch him get into my computer from his computer and I can sit back and watch the cursor whizzing around the screen. He is in the perfect business. Clyde and the ITM staff offer nothing but exceptional service to each of their clients. I am just an individual who utilizes their services approximately 3 or 4 times a year and they treat me as though I was their highest revenue client. They have worked with me late ...at night or figured out a way to fix things for me when I wasn’t even home. They go above and beyond superior customer service in so many ways. When Clyde found out I needed training on Power Point he actually tried to figure out a way I could receive training from one of his employees. He has shown me how to use my IPOD, digital camera and has been so patient in explaining so many minuscule things on my computer. Clyde and his crew are right there whenever I've needed them for the last five years at least. Yesterday, my external hard drive disappeared from my computer, and today we solved the problem with a remote control link and over the phone instructions of what to do physi...cally on site. Saved me the cost of an on-site visit. Several years ago when we were having difficulties with a new computer and repeated calls to customer service did no good (Neither my wife nor I seemed to be able to communicate what the problem was), Clyde called the 800 number and essentially told the computer customer service guy what they needed to do which was send out a technician to install a new drive since the original one wouldn't and couldn't work. He explained to the guy on the other end what he was doing to check out the unit in such a way that he was convinced. The next afternoon, a very embarrassed service rep showed up and replaced the drive gratis. Great personal service backed by real know how. Read More
