They do a very good job of getting the job done and keep you informed on the progress of your service. Very nice waiting room area with free coffee and wifi.
This is a less than reputable company to say the least.
Do some research before you do business with this company. When I traded with them, they persuaded me into a car by telling me if I changed my mind just bring it back and they would work with me until I was completely satisfied. I was back within a few days and it was a...n entirely different story and now they won't even return my calls. I also done some checking after the trade and found out the amount they gave me for my trade in was thousands less than it should have been and the vehicle I ended up with was thousands more than they had previously advertised it for. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

I deeply regret not checking with the BBB BEFORE my parents, who are senior citizens, did business with them. To begin with, the trade in value they gave for my parents car was way below what kbb lists for the type of vehicle they had.They persuaded my parents into trad...ing for a vehicle that was entirely beyond their means of maintaining by promising them if they were not satisfied they could return the vehicle for something else. My parents returned in less than two weeks and were given only ONE other option of a less expensive vehicle. I googled the vin no. on the car my parents got stuck with, and pulled up a past advertisement Jones had online for the car which was about 10,000 less than they charged my parents.I researched Jones Motor Co. with the BBB and found out they have an F rating because of consumer complaints and failure to try and resolve disputes. Now that my parents are out of thousands in cash and in huge debt these people will not even return their phone calls.

they'll get you in there charge you a arm and a legg and say that everything has a bumper to bumper warranty on it.then when something happens to the vehicle they'll want you to pay them an arm and legg againa to fix it.there crooks.
