Kc Computer Solutions

Great service! Great Guy! We have been a loyal customer for several years now and get nothing but stellar sevice from this company. The owner Kevin is always willing to help and is very reasonable with his prices. He is one of the few business out there that cares ab...out his customers. I cant count the times we have called for advice and he helped us every time no stings or bills for the calls. He is right you cant please everyone especailly the ones who try to get services and not pay the bill. Sounds like justice was served. Keep up the good work Kevin we will refer you to all of our friends. Read More

Correction : We installed nothing on to our computer after taking it home. It did not work immediately after we received it and we struggled to even turn it on and when we called you for assistance you only used it as an opportunity to charge us more money!Shame ! Shame...! The judge thought that since it came up for a few hours you performed your duty, but I am sure most everyone would agree that to pay over two bills and to still have a broken computer is awful. Clean Systems,Goshen,NY has sinced fixed it and both computers are working wonderful and its been several months and he backs up his work!! I am glad one good thing came out of this mess! Read More

Regarding the above client - We try very hard to please all of our clients and fortunately not everyone can be satisfied and sometimes this goes with the level of expertise that the enduser has - for this client the machine actually left the shop functioning but we cann...ot control what the client installs on to the machine after it leaves our control nor can we control how the consumer uses the machine but it is true that this client did take the matter to small claims court and the Judge dismissed the case citing that they received proper service from us and were fairly charged for that same service. KC Computer Solutions has been around since 1998 and this is only client we just could not satisfy but thank you to the other thousands that we were able to successfully help with their computer issues and good luck to the above former client I sincerely hope you find a technician that can make you happy. We brought 2 computers to kc computer solutions. He charged us and the computer immediately crashed. We called him and he wouldn't help us. We paid double by having to get them fixed elsewher. We had to go to court over it! He rips people off! Don;t bring your computer to him unless you want to lose money!

I have used several computer companies in the past and have never recieved the service I have recieved at KC Computer Solutions. They are very professional and I love the family owned family feel.
