King Camera

I recently ordered a camera a month ago and still no delivery. Inspite of repeated e-mails no response. The phone number goes to voicemai. They stole my hard earned money !. Cheats, Scamsters. I am sure they will get what they deserve. ROT IN HELL !.

Ordered a camera. Got a defective one. Requested for Replacement - NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.. Its better to buy it from some place else and spend an additional 10$ more.. :(((((

Ordered a camera from them through Buy.com. They shipped it regular mail, no signature required. Needless to say, I never received it. When I called to check on it, the customer service rep was very rude. Acting like I was trying to scam THEM! She said it was my pr...oblem to work out with the post office because they showed it was delivered. The post office is no help because they show it was delivered too. I placed an order and immediately emailed after to see if I could expedite shipping (the option was not offered on the online form) - after 4 days of no response, I had to cancel my order and place with another vendor as I was making the purchase prior to leaving the co...untry. On the day I emailed to cancel the order (no replies either), they decided to finally charge my card. 5 weeks later and no refund yet, despite no reason to charge the card in the first place.
