I've lived in Waynesville for more than five years. The best thing about Waynesville is the diversity in people. We have people from all over the United States, and the world here, because of Fort Leonard Wood. The typical question here is, "Where are you from?" I'm from Michigan, originally, but after ten years in the military, I decided to settle here. Waynesville is a great place for meeting people from all over the world!

From The Desk Of ..... -- JULIE JOHNSON Email & MC: yah.julie(at)gmail.com ------------------------------------------------------------------- OUR MISSION: ------------------------------------------------------------------- To enhance the lives of those who we come into contact with. To listen to our clients, and to make a difference, in their lives. ------------------------------------------------------------------- La Physique’ Slimming Spa is a full-service slimming spa, located in Waynesville, Missouri, and is co-located with Young at Heart Personal Fitness Training. We have FDA approved slimming spas, such as Cellulite Abatement Treatment, Slimming Parafango spa, Mandarin Exfoliation spa, and incredible spa packages. We also have a dry-infrared sauna, shower facilities, lounge area, full on-site store, and more! Hello! My name is Julie Johnson, and I established Young at Heart in 1995, and the La Physique’ Slimming Spa, in 2004, after realizing what a great addition slimming spas were to training! The combination gives you an incredible edge to attaining your fitness goals, quickly! The results are literally 300% faster! I’ve been certified, and licensed, in Personal Training, Youth Fitness Training, Sports Specificity Training, and Sports Nutrition and Counseling, through ISSA, for over 15 years. I’m also a certified Master Fitness Trainer, for the U.S. Army. I enjoy writing fitness and nutrition eBooks (check them out at our Young at Heart website), and enjoy keynote and workshop speaking, on fitness related issues. ---------------------- WHAT WE ARE: ------------------------------------------------------------------- We challenge the conventional methods of attaining fitness, and continually strive to introduce innovative spas and training modalities, rarely seen in our community. We are the first SLIMMING SPA, in Central Missouri, and take that responsibility, seriously! We enjoy what we do, and cannot fathom the idea of doing something else! We are free-thinking, hard-working, and we laugh, often! We are a small business, with a strong reputation, because we respect clients wants and needs, and because we truly understand how difficult the journey is to become fit and healthy! We are ‘changing lives one inch at a time.’ We can change yours, if YOU have the desire, motivation and drive to do so. Realize that you are not alone in this journey, but YOU must take that first step. ----------------------------- WHAT WE BELIEVE: ------------------------------------------------------------------- We believe in change. We believe in team work. We believe that a person can attain any fitness level, if they have the desire to do so. We believe in the power of positive thinking. We believe in God. We believe in you. We believe in ourselves. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE DO NOT BELIEVE: ------------------------------------------------------------------- We do not believe a person can drop 30 pounds in 1 week. We do not believe there is a ‘magic pill’ out there. We do not believe in 15 minute workouts. We do not believe in “dieting.” We do not believe in ‘going it alone.’ We do not believe in giving up! We greatly look forward to making a difference in YOUR life! Very Sincerely, Julie Johnson ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***MerchantCircle site optimization and marketing by AD|MAX MERCHANT MEDIA*** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
