we have our business wrapped into merchant circle and are giving a 4 star review of support for the manager and the property management. we all have pressure in this world economy and so does our management. our unit is not perfect, nor is the building but it is the best deal in town and each unit is as nice as each tenant makes it. some complain and never submit requests for repairs, and some have lived here so long they forget what else is out there. we're here for a short time and have had our dithers, we think it's just apartment living. it's pretty quiet, we have very nice neighbors who are friendly and it's a nice community we happy to be a part of. now we can step out onto the beach and sunbath and enjoy the outdoors now that the construction is near done. we would recommend with a 4 star rating.

a little overwhelming reading these reviews on manager - our current manager has been under a lot of stress and he's only human. we have a nice new ocean deck that was a pain to deal with construction wise, but it's done and we're grateful. some property managers don't care, this one does. it's not a perfect place, but where is that? overall, it's the best deal in town, and each unit is a reflection of who lives in it and how they manage it. if you have a problem with management, cut them some slack, take a deep a breath and let it go and just enjoy the view! it's tough times in the world economy and many would feel very lucky to live here irrespective of it's imperfections. we do.
