Q&A Novice (9 pts.)
On all my contracts I have my contractor number and insurance information. You may also want to check for his roofing license at It should be no problem for a contractor to get the information that a customers asks for. If they can't provide it there may be a problem.

Hi,
It takes a minimum of 30 days if your luck to have spiders from search engines to find ad and websites. I've seen your website which is nicely designed. It would be good to submit your website to Find other websites that you can list your website for free. You can run your competitors on google and see what websites they show up on then submit your website also. Google is now giving preference to websites that list cities on their website they work in. On my website I have every city in the county I work in listed on every page of my website.
Hope this helps,

There is always a contact page on the websites that reviews are on. Contact the webmaster and let them know what has been done. They are always happy to help. It will take a little time but worth the effort.
On the other issue about a created page with the wrong name and different information to confuse customers. You need to contact an attorney to know your options.
Apparently your competitor feels you are a real threat and can't compete with you with out using this tactics. I have read from companies who do business on the internet that they welcome bad reviews because people feel that the good reviews they read on a company are then real.
I hope this help & good luck,
Frank
