I've lived in Downey for less than one year. The best thing about Downey is the diverse and welcoming community that has given us a great opportunity for our small, family owned and operated auto repair shop! Downey is a great place for gaining knowledge about the history of one of the first and largest cities in LA county! Check out the Original Oldest Existing McDonald's in the World on Lakewood Blvd and Florence Ave!

"Unfortunately, we provide auto mechanical repair care and do not work on auto body repairs. I am located in Downey, CA and we have a couple great auto body repair shops here if you are interested? Thanks! - SB Automotive"
How best can I resolve a repair complaint?
"I agree with lklieves answer and would just like to add, most auto repair shops are willing to resolve an issue, problem or error with the customer. However, if the customer starts the resolution highly emotional, angry, irrate, loud and any other description of an upset customer you can think of, then that resolution may result in a negative outcome for both the repair shop and customer. Auto repair shops understand that upset customers are common due to the nature of the auto repairs sometimes not being an exact science (mistakes and errors do happen) and negative stereotype given to the auto repair industry, but for all the auto repair shops i know, definitely want to work with the customer patiently and professionally and also learn from their mistakes and errors to better service and repair your car the next time around."
