The mortgage holder on the home would have that information.
Never take out a payday loan, this will only cost you more and more. Look at your expenses and see where you can save money. Put that money aside in a different bank account for the purpose of improving your current position. Depending on your credit most car dealers can finance a car for you, but stay with very basic transportation, leave all the bells and whistles for a later time when you are more financially stable. Do not spend Money you do not have and never, never, never take a payday loan.
Ask the bank if they will not work with you, go to another bank. Banks are fighting for business currently and do not want to loose a customer.
Depends on your state laws to some extent as to what happens to your estate if you do not have a will. Depending on the value of your assets you may need a will or need to set up a living trust. I would consult a good financial advisor, a good CPA, and an attorney and bring them together as a team. I do need to emphise this depends on local state laws, and on the value of your estate.
Almost any attorney can write a will, I would consult with a local financial advisor perferably an independant, a good CPA, and a good attorney are necessary to make the correct decisions. Also, depends on the value of your assets.
Seek legal advice from a local attorney, worth the money spent.
Why would you have a loan company file taxes for you, this is usually a scam to get you to borrow money from them. I recommend you go to a CPA or EA to have your taxes done, they know tax law and know what the legal decuctions are and the cut off points for social security.
What was the landscaping for?
Ken, I can offer suggestions however non of what I am about to say is to be constrused as legal or accounting advice. There are any number of things you can deduct, however, material values are need in order to establish whether or not to expense out, capitalize or depreciate. Some has to do with the laws of your state other with federal laws govering tax deductiions. I do not have enough information to give much advice. Normally, I use a $500.00 break point for determining whether or not to expense. If more than this amount will generally capitalize, if less expense. The fees up to a certain amount that you paid to form your LLC can be deducted, and other expenses incurred for formation. It all boils down to the details, so I recommend consulting with a CPA or EA in your local area for more in-depth advice.
Believe it or not a flat rate tax would not be equal to all persons. The lower the income level the more it would affect disposable income, that which the consumer has available to spend. Also, certain deductions like those for charity, would be eliminated, and people would donate much less to charity. While you may wish to believe everyone donates to charity out of the goodness of their heart, that is the exception not the norm, people who donate larger sums do so for the tax deductions. Plus look at all the IRS people we pay with our taxes that would be out of work.
FICO score is your personal credit rating, and is used to determine the interest rates you will pay when purchasing large dollar items on credit.

Unfortunately, bad credit is definitely a problem. You can usually get financing and most auto dealers have someone on staff to assist those with bad credit, but you will find that you will probably pay substancially higher interest rates, than someone with good credit. Do not use one of these companies that say they will fix your credit, it will cost you a lot of money, and do nothing for you. Do get copies of your credit report and review these for errors in reporting.
Try Susie Orman This may sound crazy but actually she offers some great financial advice. I would email her your information, as she loves military personnel and I believe you will get a response from her.
I am a veteran from a much different time. My E-1 pay was 139.50 per month.

Are you an employee of the S Corp? If so pay yourself a reasonable salary; the IRS frowns on taking large dividends, during or at the end of the year. The IRS views this as an attempt to avoid paying taxes. Your wages are also a deductible expense to the corporation, and I know everyone says you pay more taxes by taking a salary, not really true. Advantage of paying yourself a salary is you do not have to figure out Quarterly Tax Payments to the IRS. Also, the employers portion of medicare and social security are a deductalbe expense to your company. However, I do not know about your state income tax payments. Also, this is not legal advice only a recommendation based on experiecnce. Cosult a local CPA to get a proper analsys of your particular situation.
You may pay less for an in_house bookkeeper, however, you are also paying that person to just sit there when they do not have enough work to do. You may also be paying benefits, sick days, and vacation time. That is why we flat rate our services to your needs, there is not hourly rate to you, and you can budget for our services. We do not get paid sick days or vacations, and you do provide us with any benefits. We are professional, and experienced with over 50 years of combined experience.
