Avoid Nel's Tractor
I really don’t know how Nel’s can stay in business with such poor customer service. I took my Kubota in for service last year and was told it was out of warranty. I took my tractor back home without them servicing the unit and it failed a few months later. I then we...nt to AJ’s in Mansfield and was told that there was a recall for the problem but it had expired. I asked when it expired and it was after the first time I took the unit to Nel’s. I wrote to Kubota and was sent a rebate for part of the service I paid for that should have been taken care of the first time. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your outdoor needs than Nel’s tractor.
