Owner couldn't be a bigger assh0!e. Nasty, vulgar, insulting and uncouth. Whatever happened to the customer is always right!
Great service
I am so confused by the other 3 comments. Our family takes both our vehicles there for regular maintenance and bigger issues when they arise, and we've only had excellent results! Some of those guys have been there for 20 years and I knew the older man (retired now) ...that used to work there too. They have always been trustworthy and fair. In one particular incident, they saved us thousands of dollars because of their honesty and integrity. I was born and bred in New Canaan and couldn't help but think that perhaps the "customers" that wrote such negative comments had other agendas. It is not uncommon for alot of folks in New Canaan to present themselves as better than others. I've witnessed bad behavior including, but definitely not limited to, swearing, verbal condescend, physical shoving, and non-payments for services in the local retail businesses. I'm inclined to think that this may be the problem. Nothing but good things to say about the Gulf Station, Lenny and his guys.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
Don't waste your time or money taking your car to Lenny at this Gulf Station.....the prices are outrageous and the service is beyond horrible. If you want someone to yell at you on the phone and then overcharge you....this place is for you. Good Luck.

Lenny at New Canaan Gulf does not honor warranties. Avoid this merchant or you could fall victim to his dishonest business practices!
