EMS PERSONAL BEST For YourSELF for your HEALTH, August 2009,

Get Ready Get Set for yourself for your health-Isnt's that what fitness is supposed to be? With all of the articles about weight loss and fitness, diet and exercise, secret plans, quick fixes, I have the answer: There are NEVER secrets, fixes, or plans that work without sustained movitation, a desire to change your lifestyle and a good balanced and nutritionally sound diet. That being said, I have seen many ups and downs in the last 15 years but I know what works. My clients know what works, because when they work my plan, it works or them.Fitness is about a sound mind and sound body and balancing, this is no secret. If I train you, you listen, you learn, you have fun. You will have ups and downs, but I guarantee you after 12 weeks, you will have results.Whether you come to my classes, or train with me one on one, you will be involved in your goals and your future. No intimidation necessary, you know if you make the committment to yourself and your health, I will make the committment to you. Please join me in September for my "great outdoors" fitness classes. If you want personal one on one, email me today.emspb1994@gmail.comStay healthy,Em
