Paul Mitchell The School Delaware

I just had my hair done at Paul Mitchell The School Delaware and I LOVE it! The student who did my hair was attentive and professional. The teacher came often to check the work and was very reassuring. The receptionist was warm and friendly. Already scheduled my next appointment!

I can not even beleive the changes in this school for the worst. It use to be a great place to go the staff and students were always so professional. NOW it's a free for all. It use to be you could go there get a great service and felt like the staff members enjoyed w...hat they did, to me kept the students happy and engaged. I scheduled an app for 4pm, got there to find out my app was for 5:15pm. I was a little upset cos the miscommunication came form the person who scheduled the app. When I told the employee that's not professional to give out wrong timings, she says maybe you shouldn't co...me back at 5:15. She refused to get the manager, saying she is in a meeting. 30 seconds later I come out n call/ask for her manager....she walks over n gets her on the phone. Manager didn't want to hear or believe that her employee messed up the time...nor did she believe that her employee said that to me.
