Peaches Boutique

Terrible experience! Unsafe location near Midway airport. Confrontational staff and the management/owner is even worse. The dresses on the floor are awful and very difficult to get staff to help you find the dress/dresses that you bring pictures in of.

I am writing regarding purchasing from Peaches Boutique online on 3/10/2013. I purchased 2 dresses, both full-price for my daughter who would be attending two Proms. We needed 1 of those dresses with a wear date of 3/20/2013. (Set it at this to make sure we received it in time for her real wear date) I rec'd confirmation that my order was rec'd on 3/11/2013

I recently went to Peaches with my daughter for her prom, she had been looking at pictures on their website for weeks and was excited to go and try dresses on. When you first step in the store, they explain to you how to get started and there were always associates arou...nd that I could ask for help. They were super helpful in answering the many questions we had and were so friendly. We were there on a weekend and heard that it gets crowded there on the weekends, so decided to go early. Regardless of there being many prom girls shopping, the service was excellent and very organized which helped to make our shopping experience a smooth one. You are not allowed to use phones in the store except for a designated area, but I was so entertained by watching all these girls looking beautiful in the gowns they were trying on, it was like a mini-fashion show! I live in Wisconsin but I decided to make the trip with my family and my friend. I had looked for this one Sherri Hill dress at shops around my home but no one had it, so I was super excited when I found out Peaches had it! Not only did I find the dress I wanted but the...re were sooo many other dresses that I saw that I had not seen anywhere else. They brought me shoes and the girls were so helpful in finding my dress. It was busy but the staff was great, I can tell they made sure to help everyone regardless of it being busy.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for unique and exclusive prom dresses. I recently came to Peaches because I heard from one of my classmates that she had gone there, she was evening wearing a Peaches shirt she said they gave her when she got her dress. She was talking about how beautiful her dress was and how happy she was to go to prom in ...her dress. Hearing her talk about her dress made me want to go and check it out. Wow, was I surprised to see so many gorgeous dresses. I had never been to a store like this, the dresses look they're dresses celebrities could wear. The staff was helpful in helping me try on dresses and it felt so cool to see the other dresses that girls tried on. And I found the perfect prom dress!
