Great Service
I had a problem with my pool and had to turn the pump off( I could not get the pump to prime). It was almost 100 degrees out so I called my usual pool person and they said they would come ck on it. Forty-five minutes later they called and said their truck was not work...ing and it would be a couple of days before they could get to it. I asked if my pool would turn green in that length of time and their response was "probably". I called Tena at Princess Pools and she came over in less than an hour (not in a service truck, but in her personal vehicle) All the pool needed was a new skimmer basket and Tena had it fixed immediately. I have used Princess Pools since that day.
