Super Guy and an honest professional
My wife and I contacted several realtors in the search of the perfect house. Every one of them, except for Tom, came across as some kind of super sales person ready to pounce on us. Tom came across as a caring person who took the time to work with us to find the house... of our dreams. We found the house, but thought it wise to save back at least 6 months of house payments before signing on the dotted line. Tom was obviously disappointed, but never got angry. We will definately use Tom when we have our 6 months saved up. (Tom, give us a call the moment the price falls below $300k on the house)
