Caryville Delight
I am the expoditer at Rickard Ridge BBQ and I wanted everyone to have an insight to how the restaurant is. First of all the staff is amazing. All of the servers want everyone to be happy. The kitchen is the best kitchen ever, they do their best to get to food out to the... customers as soon as possible. The atmosphere is great just like the food. Once you try the coleslaw you will be feeling like you were back at gandmas and the ribs are so delicious that they "melt in your mouth". So if you get a chance stop by and enjoy the southern hospitality and great homestyle cookin' you will not be disappointed.
Staff and Service
The staff at Rickard Ridge BBQ is amazing. Everyone tries their best to make sure the customers is well taken care of. The servers are always trying to make sure the customers are happy. Rickard Ridge's atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice and friendl...y. Also on Monday and Thursday nights they have live music which is so much fun. I highly recommend that anyone who gets a chance to go to Rickard Ridge BBQ goes and see the beautiful view and meet the wonderful staff.
Caryville's Must Visit
There are no words to describe the magical delight of Rickard's flavorful b-b-q! I am impressed with their menu and have a hard time choosing which items are the best, but, you must try the pulled loose BBQ and top it to your hearts delight with their own sauce. The atmosphere is down home and relaxing, a great place for the family to dine.
A must visit in Caryville
The Ridge is definately one of the very best places to dine in Campbell County. The portions are huge, be prepared to take home some of their amazing bbq, the staff is very friendly, and the restaurant overlooks Goose Island (Cove Lake State Park). I have never been disappointed!
