Staples

I could not find where to complain about this Staples store so this will suffice. I went with my mother last week to the store in Wappingers Falls and am disgusted with the way she was treated there. First of all, there were very few customers in the store and no one gr...eeted her or asked her if she needed any help. Second of all no one who works there has their name on their ID badge so I can't even tell you the names of anyone involved. My mom wanted to have some copies made of a family photo and asked the girl behind the counter about it. She wasn't friendly at all and told her it couldn't be done until later and we could do it ourself on the copy machines if we didn't want to wait. When the machine kept rejecting my mom's bills we had to ask the same girl for help and she said," Oh God!' I was so upset by this that I said, Sorry to inconvenience you!"
